We ask that you RSVP by April 1st. Please RSVP by going to our RSVP tab or by mailing the RSVP card. We cannot wait to see you there.

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests who were not specified on the invitations. Please reach out if you have questions regarding this matter.

Cocktail attire - We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. We would love to see all the beautiful spring and summer colors as we look out at our guests.

Please plan on being outdoors for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Our reception will be indoors with A/C. Please dress accordingly to be comfortable and adhering to the dress code.

We are planning to have a shuttle to pick up guests at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Gastonia at three-thirty. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to use this service. If you do not we will not have enough space to accommodate all our fabulous guests.

If you plan to drive to our wedding. There will be parking attendants indicating where to park for close proximity to the ceremony and reception. For those who have trouble walking please indicate to the attendants and they will direct you to where its best to park.

We understand that some of our guests have dietary restrictions. Please indicate that on your RSVP. We plan to have gluten free options already provided. We will have hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet style BBQ and chicken dinner with an ice cream bar for dessert.

We will have an open selective bar. We will be providing a menu with options of beer, wine, and liquor drinks. The bar will be open from 5-10pm on the day of the wedding.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our parents house. We will have a wedding card box/table at our reception.

We are registered at Amazon and Belk. Amazon has allowed you to either ship the gifts to the Volks or your home address. However Belk is only allowing the gifts to be shipped to the Locklear home. Should you wish to buy a gift from Belk you can purchase in store or online without going through the registry link. Or if you don't mind it not being wrapped and just sent directly to the Locklear home feel free to order through the link. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
